Deliveries and returns

What is the delivery method?
Our clothes are sent by Colissimo in the European Union to the address chosen by you. You can follow the delivery using the tracking number on each item.

What are the delivery times ?
We would like to tell you that we ship all our orders within 48 hours maximum. And that it takes between 3 to 7 days for transport. Due to the Covid this period may be extended.

Can I exchange my item?
We produce our clothes in small series and may have stock problems. Write to us at bonjour@loirparis.fr . We will do our best to find a solution that suits you.

Can I offer LOIR paris clothes?
It is quite possible to offer clothes from the LOIR paris wardrobe to your family or friends. So that the surprise is beautiful:

• We do not attach an invoice to your order
  
• We suggest you drop a personal note (thank you to send it to hello@loirparis.fr with your name or order number
• We can create a gift card (value to be defined by you)

What is pre-order?
Our pre-order clothes are being produced. The estimated shipping date is listed on the product page.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes! Contact us at bonjour@loirparis.fr.

When will I be reimbursed?
Count 5 to 7 days after receipt of your clothes at the LOIR paris address.

Where are LOIR Paris clothes made?

The creation of the clothes as well as the model making are made in France, the same for the saved fabric, the printing of the toile de Jouy or the embroidered logos. We take particular care in choosing our suppliers, both technically and humanely. We also ensure their geographical proximity. Our clothes are made in a small workshop located in the Polish countryside ( see The little house in Poland ).

What are LOIR paris' commitments to quality?
We want to create delicate and durable clothes. We take care of the choice of materials and reinforce our clothes so that they can last within the family (from big brother to little sister or vice versa). Similarly, we pay as much attention to the exterior as the interior. Almost all of our clothes are lined. Finally, all our fabrics are Oeko Tex or Upcycling (French brand fabric scraps).

How is LOIR paris a responsible brand?
"It was as impossible for us to create LOIR without putting our precise intention on the style, as to imagine a collection which does not respect the ethics and the values ​​which are ours":

• Know-how: Our clothes are made in Europe and many of our suppliers are in France. We know them intimately and want to work together over the long term.
• Fabric: 1/3 of our collection was made in French "saved fabric" (upcycling) and the rest is in Oeko Tex fabric
• Fashion: our clothes are mostly mixed and reinforced to last over time and live in families (from brother to sister or vice versa). All our clothes are made in small series to minimize their impact and avoid destocking
• Packaging: our supports are made of recycled cardboard or kraft
