To order on our site, you can, directly from the page of an item, add it to your basket, by clicking on the button "Add to basket"
A window with your shopping cart opens on the side, confirming your selection:
- If you are done, click on the “Proceed to payment” button.
- If you want to add more items, continue browsing. Once all your items are added to the cart, you can click on cart at the top right to view a summary of your cart.
In this cart you can change the quantities of an item or delete it.
Once you have completed your selection, enter your email address and the password for your Loir Paris account.
If you do not have a customer account, click on "Create your account"
Once you have entered your email address and password or created your account, choose your delivery address:
- by selecting it from your list of addresses already existing in your customer account
- or click on "Add a new address" to
Your order is validated from the moment you see it appear in your “My Account” space.
A confirmation email is also sent to you automatically once your order is validated. Do not hesitate to check your spam and junk mail if you have not received your email within a few minutes of its confirmation.
It is possible to modify your order within a few minutes of its validation. To do this, simply write to us by email at bonjour@loirparis.fr.
If your order status is listed as shipped, you will only be able to return the items to us for refund or exchange once we receive your package, within 30 days.

On the other hand, if your package has already been shipped, you will receive, for shipments by Colissimo, an e-mail from our carrier the day before the delivery of your order. You will then have the possibility of choosing a delivery to a Colissimo point.
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email from Colissimo or Mondial Relay, depending on what you have chosen, containing the tracking number of your package.
You also have the possibility to follow the status of your order directly from your “My Account” space.
Loir Paris is committed to offering you quality clothing made in Europe. If, despite our rigorous quality controls, your garment has a defect, we encourage you to contact our customer service at bonjour@loirparis.fr.
Please remember to include photos of your defective item in your message. This will help us find the best possible solution for you.
Payment for all pre-orders is due at the time of purchase.
The estimated delivery date is indicated on the product sheet of the pre-ordered part.
To return your pre-order, you have 30 days after receiving your order to return your items for a refund. Items with a detached label will not be eligible for return.
To benefit from your discount voucher, credit or gift card, simply enter the code directly in the "Gift card or promo code" box in your basket.
Please note that discount vouchers, credits and gift cards cannot be combined at the time of purchase.
We do not offer collection of your orders directly from our showroom at 5 Rue Hippolyte Lebas, 75009 Paris.
However, some items are available on site. Feel free to drop by if you would like to place an order.
Your order will be prepared within 24 to 48 hours during normal periods. This period may be extended during busy periods (sales, private sales, etc.) and may extend to 1 week.
Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier, we cannot commit to a specific delivery time (different depending on weather conditions, carrier strikes, etc.), however the normal delivery time is 48 to 72 hours.

If your package has been returned to us, you will need to contact Customer Service at bonjour@loirparis.fr to let us know whether you would like a reshipment or a refund.
Refunds are processed within 10 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer in the event of a request for exchange or refund.
Returns are accepted within two weeks of receipt of order, provided items are in original condition.

Once your product has been received, LOIR Paris will offer you a voucher of an equivalent value to your product or will make a refund by bank transfer within 14 days of receipt of the item.
It is important to note that LOIR Paris reserves the right to refuse reimbursement if the item has been worn and has marks making any resale impossible.
